Which products does Yunci Digital make?
Live: Monthly Rose (period and pregnancy tracker), KaiKouYa (English speaking practice), MemeWords (vocabulary), Beacon (AI workspace for creators) and CubeLife (cashback shopping). Coming soon: the AI assistant ohai and the compliance tools site ohdock.
Does one account work across Yunci apps?
Yes. All our products share one Yunci account. If you are signed in to one of them on your phone, you can sign in to the others with one tap, without a new verification code.
How do I contact support?
Open “Contact support” in the app (also on the Account page). An AI assistant answers first and hands over to a person when needed. For privacy questions and complaints, email jubao@iyunci.cn.
How do I delete my account?
Delete it on the in-app Account page. Deletion takes effect immediately.
How do I get a refund for a membership?
Open “Purchases and refunds” on the in-app Account page. App Store purchases open Apple’s official refund page and Apple decides; the HarmonyOS version opens Huawei’s official refund page.
